Sheesh. WHERE IS THE [RACIAL] DIVERSITY? Lol
Seriously wtf. So disappointing, though not surprising considering it's USC...
Oh yikes. I didn't realize diversity is a problem at USC.

I guess I haven't looked into it much because in my mind, there's just not a lot of diversity within the legal field -- which is disappointing in and of itself.
USC is actually one of the most diverse in the top schools. Also being in LA people are a lot friendlier because California is a very liberal and minority friendly place. The different races really mix and interact. There isn't much division like in some states where they have black sides and white sides.
This is pretty much liberal feel good nonsense. LA is the most segregated city in the country for Hispanics: http://laist.com/2015/05/13/racial_dot_map_socal.php.

Hint: In other areas of the country, especially on college campuses with large numbers of young people, people of different races actually interact and talk with each other as well. People are frequently friends with their minority neighbors even though they dislike the class they come from for various reasons. Because at the end of the day, if a minority demonstrates the appropriate class markers (shopping at Whole Foods and REI, supporting Obama while not considering the drone program or nonjudicial internment, going to law school, posting about "diversity") then the majority will accept them into their group, welcome them into their corporate/government positions where they too can enjoy nice lives while ignoring the massive systemic problems that produce structural inequality. It's essentially an intrasociety brain drain to make sure there isn't a (long overdue) massive social uprising.

USC is not a particularly friendly campus for minorities unless they're rich.

Well what the hell does that picture prove?? Nothing.. People tend to stick to their own.. As far as USC not being "friendly" to minorities there is no credible evidence that it is better or worse than any other school. By the way "Hispanics" is not a race, it's an ethnicity. As far as what race they are, they could be white,mixed(white/indigenous), or full indigenous.

Yall going for sure? I've already visited the campus twice lol. The lady in admissions remembered my name. I'm 98% USC now. I am still waiting on some more apps though.

Not even complete yet lol. I was wondering what your top choice was because I see you in a lot of threads. I've been looking at apartments. I haven't been on craigslist yet though.

USC is not my top choice all things being equal, but if they're generous I'd be willing to go.
At the end of the day it will probably come to how much money I really want to spend to have a bigger safety net and more prestige if I snagged Berkeley for instance.

But yeah basically wherever Colonel goes since we've basically done the exact same thing since joining TLS. We are such sheep.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
