Pepperdine vs. Loyola vs. USD Forum

Hi all I'm trying to choose between the above three schools. Here's the breakdown of my offers:

Pepperdine - $20k / year
USD - $24k / year
Loyola - $22k / year

I'm really leaning towards Pepperdine because ultimately I want to practice in the OC / LA area, but I'm open to arguments for the other two schools. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I've been working for a criminal defense firm for 3 and a half years (during undergrad). So I'm leaning towards that just because it's what I'm familiar with, but I'm also open to entertainment law.

I'm looking at about $85k in debt so far (without need based grants or scholarships).
