Oregon Law C/O 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)

Post by CJRpnw » Tue Jan 26, 2016 6:13 pm

There wasn't a topic yet, so I figured I'd start one.

Received my packet with scholarship info around Jan 11.

Congrats on your acceptance CJR!

Question- did your status change to "decision entered" on the status checker and receive an email? Or did you just receive acceptance packet in the mail? Thanks!

You know, I'm not sure I ever even checked the status checker. (I had promised myself I wouldn't obsess over the status checkers before X date.) I received an acceptance packet in the mail with my scholarship info. No email.

Ha, way to go! Thanks for the information. I'll now try to not obsessively check my mailbox

My status said decision entered as well and no email. I guess I will wait for more information in the mail. I was trying to find out if anyone else had this happen and what it meant. I guess we are in the same boat. Yay for waiting!

Status Checker said "Decision Entered" on 1/28 and I received my admission packet on 2/5 (I live in DC which explains the lag). Good luck to you!

Did you end up getting in?

I just noticed today that my status checker says "Decision Entered" so I came here to find out if that means I'm in... Sounds like a definite maybe?

I am in the same boat, I asked whether decision entered means rejected however they replied that decision entered just means what it says literally without further explanation. Does any one get rejected by Oregon has the Status: Decision entered? I am living abroad, my local post service always lose the international mails, that is I am concerning.

Yeah, I got my letter on Saturday and it was a ding. Kind of mean of them - can't they just send an email?

I was pretty surprised since frankly I was considering them a safety, but ah well. Best of luck to everyone else!

Yeah, been through this same situation by another school,I got rejected by Oregon too, I wonder whether the any school render admission with the the words Decision Entered/Render instead of Congrats/ Admitted

Received "decision entered" in my status checker yesterday. If its a rejection I wish they would just send an email.

How long did it take you to reach decision entered? Mine has been in review forever..

15 days once it went in review. Strikes me as ironic a law school known to have a strong environmental program sending out rejection letters, or even acceptance letters for that matter.
