question for you all:
when should an applicant expect the FAFSA "Financial Aid Award Notice" providing information on our eligibility for federal student loans?
I have received my scholarship award email from Vanderbilt and the scholarship letter in the mail, but that was only in the last week. Does the loan information take a while to process?

I just received mine in the mail today

A moment ago I saw that part in the email, "shipped via USPS". I suppose I need a dose of patience on this

Not sure. But after the deposit deadline, which is tomorrow, there should be more funds available for the new admits.

When were you admitted? I imagine it's possible, might be worth a call to admissions.

Complete 12/28. Rejected via email about an hour or so ago. It was kind of a long shot. (I was below both medians.) What a long wait for such a disappointing email. lol

Just got dinged as well and yikes! Talk about a brutal rejection email haha but I guess there's no point softening the blow. FWIW to those still waiting, apparently this year they had more than 20 applications for each slot. Best of luck to those still holding on!

Sorry to hear that. I can't believe I still haven't heard anything. Maybe admissions is busy doing something else on 4/20...

Waitlisted about an hour and a half ago which I will probably ride out for a while and then reevaluate in May. Non-URM below both medians so not a bad outcome. I had been complete since 1/6 so just glad to finally have an answer.

The deposit deadlines are different. Depending on when you are accepted. There are later deposit times for students accepted later in the process.
