YASSSSSSSSSSS. You know that's what I was really actually wondering.
They're pretty large, too, from what I remember. Which is good because we'll have to shove huge parkas in there half the time.
Ughhhhhh. Don't remind me. :/ I don't know how I'm going to outfit myself for the climate. I hate knits. I have approximately 5x as many pairs of heels as I do flats. I do not even own a parka.

A friend who moved to Boston from NYC was like, "You never have to dress up here! It's so great!!" :o

my backpack has a whole in the bottom so i think i def need a new one lol thinking hershel! and lo and sons for a nice tote
The Lo and Sons were ok, I liked whoever posted that Dover bag or something a few pages ago.

I've been loving my Everlane tote.
oh yeah i have a dagne dover, it's great but the light color i have was a poor choice - wore dark jeans and regretted it :(
oh no, did the jeans stain your bag? that has happened to two of my white bags now :(

i'm sure you've (maybe) tried these but in case you haven't:

http://www.hellohydrangea.com/2013/05/j ... moval.html

Meguiar leather cleaner lotion

and if nothing works - try Mr. Clean eraser - but be super gentle with it! going to try a few of these at home tonight on one of my white bags - will let you know if anything works :)

Hydrogen peroxide or a mix between Dawn dish soap and hydrogen peroxide might work.

My friend has one... it's GORGEOUS!!!! Super cute and tiny/lightweight. I wish they made the Macbook Pro in pink too.. I'd be all on it. There aren't any USB ports or anything so that's a major turn-off for me. She had to get all these attachments and add-ons for some of the basic ports that I know I'll be using often.

I got one during the recent Kate spade sale. Very basic black tote with a small bow detail above the kate spade label on the front. I can't find a picture anywhere. It's about a third bigger than my longchamp. My plan is backpack for most days and the tote for interviews, etc. also keeping my longchamp in the rotation because the waterproofness is clutch

I was on the same plan until seconding guessing myself. I'm nervous that my large Le Pliage will be too small. Thoughts?

I'm sure you're fine. For interviews, at least - you'll only need room for a padfolio, personal items, any papers the firm gives you, etc. But if you want a nice work bag, just make sure you're comfortable fitting computer and other necessities in?

I def like having my Le Pliage for bad weather days where I can just let it get beat up.. might even get a second one. If you are strategic with organizing inside, it should be plenty large. I think i'm gonna get one of those grid it organizers: http://www.amazon.com/Cocoon-CPG10BK-Gr ... entries*=0 --- I also use a lot of small clutches inside my purse to keep everything neat.

Ended up going to Nordstrom yesterday and getting a cute SeeByChloe bucket bag instead of a tote. Struggles.

Totally want to get this HRC tote for my books, but not sure if I feel like defending my vote every time I go to classes. BUT IT'S SO CUTE. https://shop.hillaryclinton.com/product ... itics-tote

Soon this will hopefully scream "NOT TRUMP" more than whatever people think it screams now....
(also it is super cute, though I dislike bags that don't close for semi-regular purposes)

I wear HRC gear basically every day, if only because I have a button on like every jacket and purse I own, and never once have I been accosted or confronted in any way. I was hesitant at first but it's been a non-issue. I guess NYC is a pretty accepting place, which may not be the case everywhere. And the bag is super cute, so I say go for it :D

Fair point, especially since I will be moving to the land of wind and snow.

Coming back to this...I went into the apple store today and compared models and decided that I'm gonna get the new macbook for law school. Would it be seen as too girly or unprofessional to have the pink one if I ever happened to bring it into an office setting? I really like the pink

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
