A lot of these inconsistencies are just because admissions offices are not well-oiled machines, differently people get assigned different apps, sometimes there's a hang up, then things look weird.proteinshake wrote:I agree this is weird. Definitely seems strange, but it's unlikely there's any interesting reason for it.

Thx.
Thx.
Probably 13 South if you're eligible and you think you'd have liked Hughes. Otherwise, yes: Collegetown Terrace, Collegetown Center, or some other off-campus option.HALT_REPTAR wrote:So now that Hughes is out of commission, what would be the best housing option be for a 1L? Off-campus?

Another "ready for review" date change as of yesterday (2/29).. Had my interview 2/1, back to "ready for review" on 2/22 and again yesterday. Hoping to hear some (good) news soon! Has anyone else been "ready for review" after an interview for over a week?

I'm in the same boat as you, I'm exactly at Cornell's 75ths but haven't heard a peep since being complete in mid January and date change on 2/3. I am from Cali though, so I wonder if they're worried about YP against UCLA/USC, but it's so sad they won't even let me interview to show my love for Cornellskaw123 wrote:Is it weird that I haven't gotten an interview request yet? Has anybody else heard back? They are scheduled for this weekend so it's strange that it's taking so long.jotx wrote:got an email for my interview with the dean in NYC on saturday (im waitlisted)

I went ready for review after my interview 2/25 so I'm in the same boat. Thought the interview went great so hopefully it's not a waitlist. Maybe we'll get calls today!lawyergirl94 wrote:Another "ready for review" date change as of yesterday (2/29).. Had my interview 2/1, back to "ready for review" on 2/22 and again yesterday. Placed on reserve with no interview request. 170 and 3.65. Makes no sense to me, but what can you do? Will be withdrawing. Best of luck to everyone else!

I got cut off for 3/4 and thought it was all around pretty shitty. Still got in with a scholarship so I wouldn't worry too much.proteinshake wrote:interviewed today, got cut off right before I finished one of the questions

I was accepted on 2/15 and still have not received the Big Red Book, although I did receive my acceptance letter via email. Should I call admissions? What is the normal wait time on this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I was admitted 1/27, and just received mine last week. Give it some time - if you haven't gotten it by the end of March, then I'd callamd3_3 wrote:I was accepted on 2/15 and still have not received the Big Red Book, although I did receive my acceptance letter via email.
