Could there be decisions tomorrow or Friday when no UR4s have been reported? Doesn't it take a few days after UR4?

Nope. I failed on that count completely. Too focused on being pretty, charming and sharp.

I will say that while everyone has been saying that they had a cold experience with their interviewer, mine was totally opposite: we were pals.

Not sure if its UR 4 because I wasn't really paying attention prior to my interview but...

My status changed yesterday. Before that it had been sitting at the date of my interview since I had it.

Is getting an interview UR2 and then the post interview change UR3? If so that would make this UR4.

Application Complete (you get an email for this)
Application Under Review (UR 1) <- indicates first committee review of your file
(OPTIONAL) Application Under Review (UR 1.5) <- I did not receive this step, but I believe some people did
Invited for Interview
Application Under Review (UR 2) <- generally immediately after your interview, indicates that the interview is done
Application Under Review (UR 3) <- indicates second committee review of your file
Application Under Review (UR 4) <- most (all?) people get this in the days leading up to decisions being released

Looks like UR2 is right after your interview. You are probably still UR3.

FWIW, I had an interview last week and my interviewer told me that they wouldn't start making decisions until the new year.

Darn yeah looks like I'm 3 then. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up. I only started paying attention post interview.

Just had my interview this morning! Not cold by any means, but definitely oriented towards questioning rather than a conversation. Most of the questions (apart from one that I can think of) were on the list already ITT.

I thought long and hard about this and concluded "Maybe Chicago will withhold decisions to spite us for letting them fall to page two." Now our UR4's tomorrow can be in honor
