Also put on PR...somewhat surprised but not overly so. PM for stats if you want.

Looks like people last year got some ed ii notifications on the 27th for acceptances. !!suli wrote:Roosevelt wrote:Me too!suli wrote:Me, hi, dying with anticipation.Roosevelt wrote:Any ED2 out there, just found this thread.
Maybe tomorrow, looking through last years thread? Good luck!
Ha well that just makes me want to vomit. Good luck to you too!

BUT here's one poster's ed acceptance timeline-
"On the 20th it went under review. On the 24th the status date changed, but it was still under review. Sometime on the afternoon of the 26th my status changed to Decision Made, and I got the email at 7:01pm EST."
I haven't had a second status change yet, so it may be towards the end of the week if I'm reading the tea leaves right.

I'm above both 75ths and was also PR'd. The interviews not starting until May gave me pause as well. I'm interpreting it as a rejection, so if they do wind up pulling me in off PR eventually I'll be pleasantly surprised.SomeElleWoodsJoke wrote:My people! Anyone have any thoughts as to whatmight have happened? Something in my application they didn't like? Just too late in the cycle for someone with those numbers (which are good, but not great for Duke)....any input would be appreciated.![]()
Did you write a "Why Duke"? I heard not writing that gives good reason to put on priority reserve (though I wrote one and still got put on PR lol)
Fun fact: If you try to accept the PR interview, they aren't scheduling any until May. As in after plenty of deposits are due. Even though I believe PR acceptances started coming out mid-April last year. I'm at a loss here, kind of given up hope on Duke.

It doesn't mean that they don't start pulling ppl in off PR until May, right? I think they likely accept ppl before the interviews.gamerish wrote:I'm above both 75ths and was also PR'd. I wasn't planning on applying but just got a fee waiver today from Duke. Any thoughts on what this means so late in the cycle? Are they just trying to reject more people?

Mylsn doesn't show very favorably for those numbers. The LSAT is a bit lower than a lock. But if you are interested in Duke and don't mind spending $30 on a shot, you may as well apply. Even if they are just looking to reject more people, that doesn't affect your rankings any.Excitedkitty wrote:165 and 3.88lymenheimer wrote:How do your numbers look?Excitedkitty wrote:I wasn't planning on applying but just got a fee waiver today from Duke. I know this has been discussed a bit, but I couldn't find anything definitive after searching. How long are applications typically "complete; ready for review" before they go "under review?" I've been at complete for two weeks now and wondering when it will change.

Same as all others: it depends. The spreadsheet might have an accurate estimate (I don't remember if that was an option), but there isn't really a "typical" unless you are PT.Navyhornguy wrote:I know this has been discussed a bit, but I couldn't find anything definitive after searching.
