What I should remove, etc. I have briefly spoken on the phone with one of the Admin folks, and was told to email the attachments or take them with me to the campus. I want them to negotiate, but what should I remove from the email as being superfluous or 'needy'?

Ask if you can negotiate first, then send 2nd part
