Same, it is an awesome campus, and not terribly expensive. The COL is really cheap, and after your first year you are eligible for in state tuition.

I don't think so, the only benefit is that you are guaranteed a decision by the listed date.

I recently did a visit, during which I had the chance to speak with an admissions rep. She said that even for early admission applications, the turnaround time for decisions right now is about 6 weeks. For those that apply closer to the app deadlines (both early admission and ED), their decisions will likely come right at the decision deadline. So, the earlier you submit, the more likely that your decision will come before the deadline, but it will likely take about six weeks no matter what.
