Phoenix law Students I need Help

Post by Currencykid1000 » Mon Sep 29, 2014 11:15 am

Please let me know if Im on the wrong forum or what Im doing wrong. I am DESPERATE. I dont deserve what was done to me.

I have worked for a Major Airline and was fired for being late 1 hour Its a long story but will explain if i can get turned to the right direction. I have a great Age Discrimination suit. I have already filed with EEOC. been to an attorney which Screwed me so bad he actually gave me my retainer back --- I went to another attorney and paid 300 consultation and all i got to do is talk to his para legal. A NO GO. But the case is SOLID i have many many pluses. They just dont want to do the work. I ALMOST guarantee its a Strong situation.
***Put it this way I was evicted, car repo phone turned off DENIED unemployment. 8 weeks later I was granted unemployment on a friday. On saturday they appealed it. I Missed the hearing. The Company had said i was a abuser of attendance. The company had 2 attorneys, 32 pages of documents against me, and a full attendance printout of 7 years at appeal I DIDNT SHOW UP and won.

I know for a fact that this company has 77 cities and I worked in 7 of those cities They terminate on a weekly basis and bring 99% of the employees back. All under the age of 39. Im 55. I need someone who will be willing to guide me for exchange of something i can guarantee will both be happy.

This isnt something i decided because im Mad or disgruntled. I worked hard all my life and there are alot of things i can tell some who is willing to help someone who did nothing wrong. I did BREAK UNION contract! But so did 100s if not 1000s i a worse way and all still working at the airlines this day.

No one here can give you legal advice, it's against the forum rules. Sorry.
