Reapplying to a school at which you've been WLed
Hey guys, I know it varies case by case but does anyone have any insight (anecdotal or otherwise) about the rate of success people have when reapplying after being waitlisted? I was waitlisted at Stanford, Columbia, and Chicago, so I'm especially interested in those schools, but I'm sure many people are curious about others as well. In my case not much has happened professionally since I've applied (just a couple years out) but I will work with a consultant to improve my application (PS, resume, etc)

My LSAT went up 4 points between my two cycles, and I was waitlisted at all of the schools I was waitlisted at the previous cycle. Including one where I was waitlisted and then accepted the first cycle (Northwestern).
Hopefully you have better luck. =\

What were your stats? I assume you applied early the second time?TheMostDangerousLG wrote:My LSAT went up 4 points between my two cycles, and I was waitlisted at all of the schools I was waitlisted at the previous cycle. To be fair you're lucky to have a WL at SLS. C/C can be in play because a 174 helps them a lot, but you'd have a pretty low shot at getting money from them?
No luck on getting money from lower t-14?
