This year has been quite strange in regards to waitlist movement. Acceptances are trickling out. And I thought less people were applying to law school...

Yea, I took a stab at this in our Q&A thread last week. It has been really unexpected and peculiar. Also, I know for a fact that deans of admissions at t20 schools have been just as surprised as we have been, per conversations with them.

Maybe schools accepted alot of students with high numbers to protect their yield. Im beginning to see schools say that their class is oversized and they are willing to give out scholarships to their students to defer

Before withdrawing from his cycle I was accepted at GW,Emory and WUSTL. Waitlisted at USC,UCLA and Georgetown. Of the six schools Only Georgetown and UCLA appear to have significant WL movement. Especially UCLA.
