negotiating scholarship at Fordham w. $$$ from Cardozo

Thinking about negotiating my scholarship at Fordham (10K/year) with one at cardozo (39K)... I know these schools are nowhere near each other rankings wise, would the more $ from cardozo mean anything to the people at Fordham? Is there anything to lose in trying?
