I can't take it anymore! It's already the 29 and haven't receive anything from Yale, Duke, UPenn or Columbia. How much longer do we have to wait for the regular admission decisions?

Well, Yale is definitely late this year, so nothing you can do there. As for the other three, I'd look in the school-specific threads on this forum, and match your submission date with the current acceptances. In the case of UPenn, there's even UR1, UR2 dates that you can match up with current acceptances. That's probably more conducive to gauging your chances than a blanket cry of anxiety.

Side pot: which is gonna come first on this thread? "retake" or "ED UVA"?
