U Maryland vs. Cardozo?
Accepted at both with scholarships. Any advice would be welcome. Have a job lined up for after graduation, so I'm most interested in the difference in the quality of education and facilities, etc. Much appreciated guys and gals.

Seems to be a trend today. We'll need to know a bit more before we can help you.

Total coa is equivalent at both, for me. I will graduate from either with minimal debt. I would like to end up in either DC or NYC. So any general advice about the difference in the quality of education and facilities would be appreciated.

If you have a job lined up after graduation then go to whatever is cheapest. With that said, unless its a family relative who is giving you said job, I would not bank on that job still being there for you in 3 years.Fishdavid4 wrote:Accepted at both with scholarships. Edit: wait, so do you have a job lined up or not? If you do shouldn't you already know where you will end up?

Job is in NYC and will be there when I graduate, barring any major economic disasters etc. however, I'm open to exploring other options.

...and because of the larger scholarship at cardozo, the coa is equivalent. So, I'm interested in the difference between the two schools at this point.

Go to Cardozo. Maryland's campus is in a pretty sketchy area in Baltimore.

Go to UMD. Strong reputation, older school, much higher on the rankings. In NYC you're competing with columbia, nyu, and fordham all before you.
