GULC waitlist 2013

Looks like it hasn't been started yet...

Any guesses on timeline?

I would imagine it has to do with which waitlist one has been placed on as well as what the applicant has done in response to being put on the waitlist. IE case by case. I've read on this site about people getting off GULCS waitlist a week after being put on as well as ppl hearing in late july.
