Only 53/~230 spots are taken so far, so I would say no, not too late.

End of second quarter freshman year was my cutoff for Yale. But, for you? Idk.

No, Check Facebook group. Number of members minus 4 is number of admits. (Pretty accurate b/c all the forms are on there so I assume almost all reasonable people would join it)

The only time that timing will affect your chances is when the deadline has passed. Asha is not trying to deceive everyone by saying that later applications are at no disadvantage. The structure of the admissions process guarantees that timing does not matter.
