My application just went complete five days ago, 161, 3.4, resident of Arizona, nothing great. Really like this school though. Good luck

What's the reputation of UConn law like around the state of Connecticut?

I've been complete since 11/16. Their status checker says they don't start reviewing until December so maybe we'll hear something soon. 162/3.92

As a 2L who hails from out west, you are a huge red flag to me. You are probably not within scholarship-money range, and thus you will be an out-of-state cash cow to the school for at least your first year. If you are a successful student, you will then have every OCI interviewer treat you with some hostility because you're a geographic outsider. (This was my personal experience -- and I have a credible "ties" story.)

Please do not seriously consider attending unless you grew up in CT or something. Your financial risk would be too great.

In Review as of 12/7. Anybody know how long they take to review it?

Yes. I was accepted a while back (I posted earlier in this thread)..got the scholarship award today via email. I still actually haven't received my official admission packet.

Yah, we'll see. Still waiting to hear from BC and Northeastern offered me a hefty scholarship as well. We will see.

Sorry for all the scholy questions, but did your acceptance e-mail mention scholarships at all, i.e. that you would be receiving more info at a later date?

Always nice to know there are people out there as neurotic as me. No, my acceptance email did not mention anything about scholarship.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
