Like from a waitlist offer? No it shouldn't matter at all, you'd just have to complete new forms for the other school

Got my new LSAT score back today, called KO, and was offered a seat on the spot! My numbers are now competitive for a full-ride, so my fingers are crossed!

hoos89 wrote:Man...whoever made this hates section A. 8 am class 4 days a week AND Mandelker at 9am on Friday? No thanks. Also, this means your class is probably going to be very small if there's only 5 sections. probably in the 160-175 range.
Jesus, that is a brutally unfair schedule.

And I think you're right re: class size, it could be well under 200. Obviously TLS is a small sample size, but it seems like a lot of people are turning down the full ride. I'm also nervous about seeing the medians... I feel like the school is going to get pummeled, but that's just speculation at best, and hopefully other schools are in the same boat. The rankings are meaningless though, and the smaller class size will really help the c/o 2016 class a lot for jobs and stuff.

Also, lol @ those of you saying you won't drink in law school in order to save money. Unless you don't drink now, you aren't going to stop going out in law school... that's just not the environment here, even as a 1L. On the whole, people are social and like to go out. I probably drank less in quantity, but more frequently in law school than I did in college.

The worst part about that brutal schedule is, without a doubt, Mandelker. Not only do they get boned on the schedule, but then the smart kids in the class will get completely boned on the grade.

As far as people can tell, Mandelker's grades have a *negative* correlation with other law school grades.

A) I saw that post
B) don't worry too much. There is a non-negligible chance that Mandelker keels over from old age by then.

Nope. Unless Wash U somehow finds a way to oust him, he will live (and teach) to 120.
Now tell us how you really feel.

After months of lobbying by me and Xs20, the University has finally sent us their proofs for the new law school hoodies. Grey is men's, black is women's. I also posted on the FB group wall. Let us know your feedback so we can get back to them

I have to stop checking this thread, I'm getting not-going-to-WUSTL remorse.

My 2cents,
I like the old one a lot better bc: I think it looks a lot more academic with the small crest design and doesn't have the silly I go to state u block lettering. But that aside, as a girl I overwhelmingly prefer crewneck sweatshirts and I think the women's color combo offered is pretty bad.
Srry cuse, I know it wasn't you but just in case the bookstore really did want some feedback haha (probably not) you could pass my female perspective along :)

You can still purchase the gray crewneck from eFollets, and we did ask them to considering turning that crewneck into a hoodie since a lot of ppl seem to like that more professional/adult design as opposed to the college-y font of these two new ones. So we're waiting to see what they say re: crewneck-to-hoodie conversion

I like the new designs cuse came up with. Our school colors remind me too much of Christmas with the red and green.
