That's pretty much the plan right now, assuming they don't respond to my scholarship negotiation attempt by the deadline.

I'm reading 1L of a Ride right now. Pretty decent but a lot of common sense, "pay attention in class"-type stuff.

Ahhhh St. Louis...where rent+utilities+furniture rental+Internet/Cable+parking is still less than half of what the kids in NYC/DC pay in base rent...

There will be 6 sections (A,B,C,D,E,F). Two of the substantive classes each semester will be with another section (but not the same other section), while one will be just your section.

For legal research/Writing, each section will be split in half (B, for example, has B3 and B4), and you'll have legal research or legal writing with your smaller half-section.

they're tracking TLS right now and putting everyone on this board in the same section. This way all the gunners go with the gunners. It's the only fair solution

FYI, I would just like to remind everyone that TLS common wisdom is that prepping for 1L is widely considered to be useless and a waste of time and money. Many believe it is even counterproductive because you are more than likely to confuse yourself without proper instructions.

You're waiting on them to respond to a scholarship negotiation letter too, right? I have been waiting over two weeks now and just emailed them to see if I'd hear by the deposit deadline. I'll let you know what they say.
