In 2010 it was at all time high of 107000...its down 17.6% from last year. But just a month ago that projection was at 54000. No break down on scores yet. Sorry.sublime12089 wrote:wannabelawstudent wrote:FYI the LSAC is projecting we'll have 56000 applicants now.
How much lower is that than years prior? And did they mention how many with scores of 165 or higher?

WUSTL-end-of-the-day trolled again. Does it seem unreasonable to send an email tomorrow night if they don't come out tomorrow? I realize there are still weeks to go before deposits are due, but I'd sure like to set some stuff in stone.

Due to unforeseen financial circumstances, I may need to be much more worried about a scholarship than I previously anticipated (hence why I applied to wustl so late). If I get similar or better money than Minnesota is offering I would take WUSTL. Do you know if being accepted this late puts me in the back of the line for scholarships or am I in the same pool as everyone waiting?

I wish WUSTL would avoid emailing me unless it is about scholarships. I am not in the mood for mini heart attacks.

Well, my cycle is basically over... and I have become pretty addicted to receiving application updates... do they still accept applications?wannabelawstudent wrote:Apply to Richmond. I think they do.. But I think the reason wannabe said that is because they send you emails and pamphlets like crazy and I assume more than WUSTL... They're really pretty thoughDmini7 wrote:Well, my cycle is basically over... and I have become pretty addicted to receiving application updates... do they still accept applications?wannabelawstudent wrote:Apply to Richmond. Well if you want application updates, then don't apply to richmond. If you want a postcard daily (not joking) and an email 3 times a week, apply to richmond.Dmini7 wrote:Well, my cycle is basically over... and I have become pretty addicted to receiving application updates... do they still accept applications?wannabelawstudent wrote:Apply to Richmond. Seriously they shouldve just given me $50 and been like "please come here" instead of all this stuff they send me. It would've been SO much cheaper and more effective.

What sites are best for Stl housing? Is craigslist my best option?[/quote]JesusChrist wrote:
I think the name you're looking for are the Debaliviere Place and Skinker-Debaliviere neighborhoods. The "West End" neighborhood is north of these two place, across Delmar. I would recommend Debaliviere to anyone, there are a lot of great apartments for very reasonable prices.
My roommate and I used Craigslist and Trulia.com, which gave us a lot of options in our range. The place we eventually ended up with was found on Craigslist.

So, I just realized that the Securities book I use all the time at work is from Professor Sale. Of WUSTL. Doh! Never even noticed until now. Cool though!
