The students at top law schools in general will lean left....When ppl say certain schools are "conservative" they're usually talking abt constitutional interpretation, not nexessarily about republican vs democrat.

As far as WUSTL specifically I'm not sure just cuz the Midwest as a region tends to be split. But a lot of students at WUSTL hail from the coasts, which might skew it liberal

STL is moderate-liberal in general. It's the most liberal location in all of Missouri but obv it doesn't compare to the coasts.

Seriously, this whole thing about political leanings is ridiculous. Almost every metro over 1 million people leans left. If you're so crazy liberal that you can't stand the thought that some people go to church, enjoy Louis and Clark or Vermont. If you hate that some people like gay bars, enjoy Regent or George Mason. Otherwise, realize that law school is a professional school and make your decision based on employment prospects and how you like the school as an institution.

After living in Oklahoma I can confidently say that as long as you're not an outward douche with your political leanings, you'll be fine.

I wasn't attacking you, I just think that people who write off certain cities because of politics are doing themselves a disservice. And I'm on my phone, my comment probably belonged in the Vanderbilt thread
