Here's a pretty interesting and fair analysis of some of the changes that A-B underwent following the InBev merger:

The article is about a year old, but everything in it is still relevant. And for the record, the two microbreweries mentioned--Schlafly and Urban Chestnut--are both outstanding. Schlafly is bigger and has been around longer (since 1991). They make incredible craft beer with a lot of variety. Urban Chestnut is newer to the scene (maybe 2010 or 2011), but their product is amazing and is already getting a good reputation.

I sincerely doubt it. Although if you actually did TFA and came back in a later cycle you would be a more attractive candidate.

Yeah makes sense then. According to LSN anyone who applied after the first week of Jan hasn't heard back yet.

I believe a student said that a stipulation of AB's funding was that only their products would be served, which is fair enough.

Should I expect a super long wait with wash u? Applied 12/20 complete 1/15. No word since. I heard they keep below median URM hanging for a while until they see the class makeup. True?

You're good. I was accepted a month ago and mine still says "complete". I'm not exactly sure the date is indicative of anything concrete, just a good sign that you've got movement.

You're good. I was accepted a month ago and mine still says "complete". The date is what matters for WUSTL.

I was curious because Michigan's date updates near daily, and at the top of the WUSTL status checker it says, " Over time, you may notice that the current status date will change even though your current status does not. These changes are not associated with the Committee’s decision."
