I hope I did not mess myself up by waiting to do the Dec LSAT. I know I will be kind of late in the cycle but I was PTing 145ish and did not feel that was even worth submitting.

I got a call yesterday! He was exceptionally nice, very down to earth, and it wasn't a 'I'm so terrified because I'm talking to an Admissions Dean' conversation.

I'm in with a scholarship for the first year only. I'd be on my own for 2L and 3L but hopefully I can qualify for in-state tuition for those. Even without in-state, 2 years of tution isn't bad.

KU was on my short list and just shot right to the top.

Good luck you guys, hope you find out soon!!

If you don't mind sharing for those accepted/applying/rejected- what are your numbers? Thanks in advance.

I think I'm an outlier considering my numbers, but for ref. they are 158/2.7

I have very strong softs- Service Academy undergrad while playing D1 basketball, Master's degree, and 6 years of active duty (with 1 Iraq deployment). But even with those I was shocked to get any scholarship.

Good luck!

Anyone else heard anything? Seems like they are taking a long time to make decisions this year. I have heard from several other regional schools.

They seem to be painfully slow. I submitted 1/4 and I've already heard back from 6 schools. (most of which are peers/higher ranked).

The KU Basketball team has lost three games in a row. Such a tragedy has not happened since 1988 and the depression has lead to a statewide decrease in productivity. Please be patient with the admissions office as they struggle to cope with the losses. It is a stressful time in the state of Kansas as tonight the team takes on Kansas State. A win I am sure would speed up our offers of admission. Rock Chaulk

Either way, the admissions office will probably be as hungover as the rest of Lawrence. There will be an epic struggle just to make it to work, where they will pass out on their desks. The hangover from celebrating the win/drinking in anguish over the loss will take day to recover from.

Anybody who cares, in 12/29 with 10k/year. 166/3.25 Are they offering full schollys this year?

ETA: That's 10K a year on 15K of in-state tuition.

Congrats to all with acceptances! :D

I submitted my application on 2/10. I'm hoping to go under review by the end of the month. That seems to be the trend. On a side note, I received a fee waiver a couple days after submitting my app. Annoying!! Did this happen to anyone else?
