You have to realize that the sample size on TLS and LSN are pretty much JUST the top applicants. You also know that everyone on here is neurotic as hell and are most likely the ones in school that had the same freak outs about an A- they received on a paper once.

Above 75th for GPA/LSAT. I'm still scared though.

Not for proles like us, apparently. It's a separate scholarship I think they have to invite you to apply for. Is it full-ride, guys?

Proof that Cornell definitely doesn't practice yield protection. You saw it here first, folks.

Thanks, good luck to you.
Also, after reading over this post I sound super cocky. Sorry guys--I was excited.
Good luck to all who are still waiting! Hopefully you will hear good news.

For posterity's sake- My "complete" status update stayed at 10/11 and did not update with most everyone else's on the 19th and I was accepted along with them. If you are reading this, future applicants, realize that Cornell's status checked doesn't mean anything and there is no reason to try and read into any date changes.
Congrats to the new admits!

Just received the email. The second page of the packet asks us to reply to the school via email asap?

Thanks Jed!
Just- They are saying if you decide to attend then deposit ASAP. It's also implied that if you want to withdraw then to let them know ASAP so they can make use of the waitlist. But you are in no way required to do anything until the first deposit deadline in April.

If it's not, it's pretty damn close. I have to run so can't check tuition and fees, but the scholarship is $50k / year for 3 years.

Not quite full ride, then, but close indeed.
