My status checker date has been updating every single day this week while remaining on Complete. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes. It updates every day on Complete. Probably to keep TLSers from blatant speculation.

Thanks! I'm not positive. I think I got my status checker 10/29 and went complete the same day.

Has anyone who was accepted after the 12/1 scholarship batch received awards? Or does anyone know if they'll continue to send them out in batches in the future? I'm a little lost as to how long I should be expecting to wait before I hear if I received anything.

I plan on reading through last year's thread to see how it played out last cycle, but that thing is a beast.

[edit] And I'm reading that normally 22.5k/year is the maximum scholarship other than the full-tuition. Anyone have any guesses/opinions about whether they might increase that amount given that UVA is totally pulling an Oprah right now ("And you got a sholly, and you get a scholly, and you...")?

No Darrow invite, but I did get Michigan's admissions packet in the mail today! Comes with a flash drive that has a really informative 20-minute video on the school, and also with a portfolio to keep all the stuff in. Good stuff all around.

Does anyone know how possible it is to negotiate money with umich? I know UVA has been throwing a lot of scholarship money at candidates, would someone with an offer from UVA be able to negotiate for $$$ at Michigan?
