Yes I will be staying on reserve. Don't know for how long though. If I sign a lease with my SO at an apartment in FiDi or Jersey City, I will be withdrawing since that is geared towards commuting to NYU.

Anyone else having trouble responding to the link in the decision letter to accept a position in First Reserve?

It keeps telling me "We cannot find your application for admission because the information you provided does not match any records in our database."

Did you apply ED or RD? ED could hear back next week. I guess held RDs are supposed to hear back by tomorrow. You can call and they'll tell you if a decision (rejection) has been mailed.
