Reading through last year's thread now. First of all, jesus christ there are a lot of posts! Like 8 pages on the first day of acceptances. Secondly, yes, 1 person reported an ED acceptance on 12/7, 1 person on Saturday 12/10. Then 12/12 is the day RD decisions went out, so after that it's hard to tell if any were ED.francesfarmer wrote:Can we get actual clarification on whether they release ED acceptances in waves as I believed up until moments ago?
Been reading through the thread as well. Looks like 12/15 is when people started getting rolled into RD02889 wrote:Reading through last year's thread now. It seems like we might have missed the boat, solely based on last year. Maybe they just didn't care enough about locking all of us sticker-paying fools into attending.
Still freaking out. Be my adcomm. <333iMisto wrote:So glad I stopped in here to see your freakout.francesfarmer wrote:I would probably be freaking out less if my work internet allowed me to see that graph, huh.![]()

I'm holding off until he offers clarification. E and R are right next to each other on the keyboard, after all, and I need to be sure before I add yet another thing to my already overflowing plate.Anonymous4444 wrote:If he means rd then dang it just got realshntn wrote:You mean ED, surely, yes?bruwinning24 wrote:My friend got in today RD! 3.92, 176. Three days ahead of you. What are all my fellow ED applicants who haven't heard anything drinking tonight? I have a bottle of Jameson.Anonymous4444 wrote:+1 i think we should all start freaking outVolforlife wrote:Good pointWhy would someone with those stats apply ED?

Good call. I have some whiskey somewhere, but I think it's behind a bottle or two of wine on the shelf. I guess I'll have to work my way back in order.francesfarmer wrote:I have a bottle of Jameson.

I'm trying to kill all hope that NYU is going to accept me so I think we should all totally lose our composure. Make it weird.
It's like a progression of phases. I start out positive so that I have the motivation to attempt things, transition to being negative so I won't be disappointed, then go back to being positive so I'm happy with whatever ends up happening.francesfarmer wrote:I'm trying to kill all hope that NYU is going to accept me so I think we should all totally lose our composure.
