Perhaps I'm being overly optimistic here, but I don't think any of us who are stuck on 11/20 can take much meaning from it.
If I remember correctly, 11/20 seemed to be the first day most RD applicants who submitted in Sept. and Oct. even went UCR. The date seems to be changing for people who submitted pretty early and have stellar numbers. Splitters, reverse splitters, and those with average or subpar numbers who submitted early will probably get our UCR update later. Not too worried.
And, of course, last year plenty of people just went from UCR1 -> Admit, so who can really tell.

In today! I had applied early decision and switched to regular decision due to financial considerations, which I thought might affect me negatively. I am SO excited and shocked and happy! Stats in profile plus strong UG softs and every optional essay.
