Reporting in: UIUC waitlist
Those lucky accepted applicants have moved to the Class of 2015 forum, as such the applicants thread died off. Let's share our misery!

How are you guys approaching the waitlist? We were told to not send in additional information

Re: Reporting in: UIUC waitlist
I'm waitlisted here and Iowa, accepted a few other places. I sent LOCI like 2 weeks before they sent out that email saying not to, and I haven't done anything since except fill out the 2nd survey and wait

Re: Reporting in: UIUC waitlist
Applicants on the waitlist often ask if there is anything additional that they can do (e.g. campus visits, letters of continued interest, and additional letters of recommendation) to enhance their applications. Unless something has happened that significantly impacts your application, please be assured that at this point we have all the information we need to make a decision.
Going for a visit, yay or nay?

I would. Conveys sincerity, plus, you can actually see the campus. But, if you have to fly in or drive crazy hours, then I would just spend that money on some lsat prep material and study for next cycle

Really wish we will hear something by second deposit date... meanwhile, all we can do is wait. Though I did send my final transcript to LSAC, that should be ok, I hope.

Shitty situation, but at least June 1st (2nd deposit deadline) isn't far away. I imagine you would all see some movement shortly after. Just one more week!

Second deposit date is today, maybe we will hear something next week. It would be nice to know before signing a lease somewhere else

Now that you mentioned it, I just took a look, out of 300 people reported on LSN, 80 withdrew out of the 160 accepted.aspenex wrote:I see a bunch of withdrawals on lawschoolnumbers. Hopefully that means something for us over the next couple weeks

Good question. A lot of people are predicting a drop in their LSAT medians.tlahood wrote: I wonder what their new medians are going to be after this cycle.
