anyone else think that USNWR messed up in ranking this school? should of been much much higher IMO

easily top 100 given their median numbers

I see this school quickly leap frogging over every other school in the Philly region (except for upenn)

Let's not say things that we don't mean. While I agree that Drexel is underrated this year, it's appropriate place is probably in the 80's, maybe 70's on a good day, it will take many a year before Drexel develops the alumni base and reputation in Philadelphia and elsewhere amongst employers to surpass Temple, Villanova and even Rutgers-Camden.

call me crazy but I don't really see why people get so hung up on the alumni factor

would u really place additional stock in someone simply because they went to the same school as you?

Absolutely I would, and not because I have some sort of delusion that my school is academically the best, but because I have pride in my alma mater. I imagine the same is true in grad schools as well - I wish success for my fellow alumni. And while this sentiment may vary from person to person, in general, that's the way it is, for better or worse.
