If anyone has any experience with housing searches in DC could you recommend a good property managment/realty company to find a rental in the Dupont/Logan Circle/Adams Morgan/Shaw areas. Most likely looking for something 3-4 bedrooms to cut some rent cost. Any suggestions other than craigslist. Thanks

So I was in that initial group that got the you're being considered for a scholarship, email us thoughts, reasons, level of funding etc. I received confirmation that they received my response but I haven't heard from them since. When everyone started getting offers last week I emailed to ask if a decision had been made. Another week has gone by without a response. Is it too push to send a second email asking if they've made a decision? :/

I'm in the same boat. I figure they're just swamped now and will get back to us as soon as they can. I'm sure they're well aware people need to know financial stuff ASAP.

extremely dissapointed as well, i guess i made the right decision not to attend their ASW, i def will not be attending as NYU has at least given me something, very disappointed about receiving nothing even though I sent in a negotiation letter. Though I do understand, since their law class is one of the largest. Good luck to the rest of you! Hopefully you all receive at least something, law schools exp to say the least.

If your financial aid package only includes loans, does that mean you won't be offered a merit scholarship? Or are the merit scholarships a different process?

What's the biggest scholarship GULC offers? 90K? I know some people asked for full rides in their emails - was anyone successful? Just trying to decide if it's worth negotiating at this point, or if I should just withdraw.

any of you guys applying for financial aid.. where do you find the Federal Grad PLUS Loan Entrance Interview anywhere online? I can't find it anywhere and I guess I need to complete it to be up for financial aid?

Yeah...I mean if money wasn't a factor I'd probably lean toward GULC just because I love DC....but since they're the only T14 I'm in to not give me any money...it's a dumb choice to go there.
