Chapman 2011 2012 cycle

Post by mkat27 » Fri Nov 18, 2011 2:51 pm

Hello, I couldn't find the right forum for Chapman in this app cycle, so here it is! If there's an existing one, let me know. Otherwise, good luck everyone! I applied late Oct. Status says "In Review." :)

Still "in review"... I'm hoping to hear back from them in the next few weeks!

I submitted 10/27 and went into review not long after that. My status changed to admitted on 11/22 and I got my acceptance letter in the mail earlier this week.

Congrats! I submited mine around the same time, so hopefully they give me an answer soon.

Any movement, anyone? I'm getting really antsy since my app has been in review since Halloween!

I got trolled today by Chapman. I came home to a big envelope from the school, and when I opened it, it was just a view book plus an invitation to apply. I've been in review since October. Not cool, Chapman, not cool.

Just found this thread, got in about a month ago... applied mainly because I live in Newport and it's pretty close. But I would say you have a good shot. I mean, LSP has you as an admit with 95%. I'd say my stats are in my profile, but I'm a urm so you can't really use my numbers as a gauge.

Has anyone received any money from chapman/committed?

I haven't received any packets from them yet but I have been at my parents house for winter break so it might be waiting for me when I get home.

It looks like Chapman is where I am going unless I get into Loyola or I get some large sums of money from another school.

A few days ago I got my acceptance from Chapman via snail mail with a $117,000 scholarship over the 3 years, but I will be withdrawing soon.

I got notified in the packet that I will be getting 20% of tuition covered for three years with min of 3.0 gpa. I think you will find out about yours in the packet too! I'm also waiting on Loyola too... Did you apply for full-time?
