Hmm..I wonder if it's because of the fee waiver? My numbers are between their 25%-75%, so I'm neither an auto admit nor an auto reject.

If you already applied and they know you retook then they would wait for your updated score to make a decision. But if those end up being your final numbers you may still get in, lawschoolpredictor.com has you at "consider".

Anyone else go to "in review" yesterday? The new header says all complete applications have been submitted for review and that they will try to let those applicants know by mid-December.

I saw the update on my status checker app and thought you all might be interested!

I'm gonna be checking my status obsessively now that it's officially mid-December (as if I hadn't been checking obsessively for the past 2 months...)

I haven't deposited at Michigan yet because I am waiting to see what else happens. I'm 99% sure that Michigan is where I'll be unless something really miraculous like a full ride to a good school that I wouldn't mind being at for the next three years happens.

(so in short, I'm attending Michigan, since the latter is extremely unlikely to happen)

Not to be a downer but I've been under review since the 9th - just to let you know it might not mean an immediate decision.

On the plus side, when I attended their open house, they said they only had about a hundred applications so far, so they probably can get through them relatively quickly.

I've been in review since the 1st, and it says mid-December so I would think we'd hear by Christmas

That'd be nice. I'm guessing (/hoping) sometime in the next week/ten days or so, as well.

Part-time or full time?

Part-time you have a better shot with those numbers.

I applied for full time. Any idea how easy it is to transfer into full time from part time and if you can finish it in 3 years instead of 4 that way?

Take this with a grain of salt but their adcom said at an open house that due to the economy they're getting much better applicants for the part-time pool and they expect that the two programs will be just as competitive. (FT vs. PT)

They also did say you could transfer from PT to FT pretty easily going into your second year and that would allow you to finish in 3 years.

I applied 11/22, been complete since 11/30. I see that folks have had status changes to Under Review, anyone apply around the same time/after me for the evening division and notice they went UR?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
