Ha, as a Carolina Panthers fan I like John Fox. But I would really hate for Tebow to win and have to hear about it over the media. Your poor defense didn't get a shred of the respect it deserved.KibblesnBitts wrote:If the Denver Broncos win on Sunday, I will never give hope for anything in the next year.hadisious wrote:So I wonder what all these sudden 1/6 decision mean for us 1/9 mailers. Agreed. The funny part about all this: I'm from New Jersey.hadisious wrote:Ha, as a Carolina Panthers fan I like John Fox. Re: CU-Boulder Applicants Class of 2015
Hey guys, I don't know if this will help but...since I won't be back in town to check my mail for a while, I called the admissions office to inquire about my "decision rendered" and they just scanned my acceptance letter and e-mailed it to me. I, however, did not have the problem with the weird date (this was about a weeek ago). If there is still a lot of confusion about the 1/9 or 1/6 updates I would call and ask for the decision.
Good luck to all of you still waiting !!

I have the 1/09/12 mailing as well, and my numbers are terrible..... I do have other compelling qualities and experience, but CU is a long shot for sure.
Sorry to be a debbie downer haha

Re: CU-Boulder Applicants Class of 2015
At this point it seems almost sure that us 1/9ers are waitlisted or even rejections. Although if they were rejections, I think we would go "Decision Rendered" along with the rest.
Good luck everybody. Those who are close to Colorado, please post your letter when you get it.

FWIW, I was one of the ED folks who got bumped to regular decision. For us the status remained 'application complete' with the 'decision letter mailed' notification in the mailings box. Having a 'complete' instead of 'decision rendered' status at least implies you've been wait listed, but they may just be behind on updating the status or want to wait a few days until they thin the letter should arrive. Who knows really, just good guesses.
On a similar note, any ED's rolled into RD getting any updates/mailings/nibbles?

I don't think the bump to RD is considered a WL though. Everyone who isn't accepted ED is automatically rolled into RD, we are back to square one with every other applicant in the pool. I think we will still show 'decision rendered' if accepted or rejected, and I'm guessing that WL people will show that a mailing was recently sent, but there hasn't been a decision yet because they're still hovering. Those are just my guesses though. Are we taking bets?

Re: CU-Boulder Applicants Class of 2015
Just received a letter of admission today from Colorado! I was a little surprised because my current status date had never changed from 12/14... decision was rendered 1/6. I would be very happy going to Colorado. I am currently in the military, stationed in Colorado Springs, so with Colorado's generous residency laws I can get in-state classification.

Yeah mine has Seat Deposit $200 and then Seat Deposit $500 but nothing is listed under that dates due. I'm assuming that's the same each of you have?

Does everyone for 1/9 now have two status? Like below?
Current Status: Your application is now complete
Date: 12/2/11
Decision Status: Decision Rendered
Date: 1/9/12
