Guys, I've been on "Complete" since 11/16..

Would I be correct in assuming a rejection letter?

I have no idea how this stuff works

decision finalized too!.

How does scholarship work. Do they send it via the acceptance letter if you do get accepted...

I think you have to submit financial aid information first and then they give you an award amount.

Someone probably asked this already, but how long does 2nd read usually last? I was in first review for about 2 weeks. submitted early/mid november.

I think it varies from file to file. I've been in Second Review since 12/13, after being First Review for not even a week.

I was in first review for over a month, then second review for under a week. I think it's very different for everyone.

Maybe they can't decide how much money to give you because any amount they discuss just doesn't seem enough! =D praying for acceptance letters for everyone!! hopefully by this friday!

It means you're closer than everyone else who is still stuck at complete, first review or second review with the exception of any auto-admits.
