Anyone else on here applying? I sent my application on 10/20 and have yet to receive word from them

I applied in early October, went complete on the 18th.

Based on last year's thread and LSN, it looks like Carolina is a bit on the slow side with responding.

I submitted my app Oct. 1 and didn't hear until Oct. 24, so it does seem to take a while...

I just got my status checker. It took 11 days for anyone who is wanting an idea of a time frame.

I'm applying! As soon as I finish the supplemental stuff I'll send it in. I toured the law school this week and basically made myself super excited about UNC Law.

The Director of Admissions at UNC was in Iowa City at a Law Fair a few weeks ago, and she informed me that if one applies to UNC Law, they should expect a significant wait before a decision is rendered. It's very typical for applicants to wait until March or April to hear back, apparently. Hang in there. :)

Wow, really. By then, most people would've made their decision about where to attend...

I was in one of the first rounds that heard back last cycle, and I heard back in late Jan or early Feb. Hang tight! Most of my classmates didn't hear until late in the cycle.

Saw on your profile you're in-state (which is huge for UNC) / have a LSAT of 170, I wouldn't worry too much
