Well I'm complete now. Guess I'll be waiting anxiously with everyone else.

i was marked as complete in December, but now im registered for the February LSAT, will that place my application on hold? I have a 166/3.32 right now and i don't want to have to wait until after the February LSAT comes in and then possibly not score higher and have no seats left anymore.
Most schools have a status checker so you can tell if they have held your application, and different schools have different policies towards this. Unfortunately, there is no status checker for Emory

^ i submitted in early november with my october LSAT score and requested that my application be read with that score even though i was registered for the december LSAT as well, but i didn't get an application complete email until after december scores were in. i probably should have called them up or something to follow through but honestly i just forgot about it

Well, I just received a (SUPER THIN) acceptance letter with a generous scholarship offer. It had a nicely written note from the Dean of Admissions about my statement. My decision just got harder.

But, all expense paid trip to Atlanta...cool.

Prob because they want you to apply for the bigger scholarship, not because you aren't getting anything. I think its like that at Mich too....people who get Darrow invites don't get initial scholarship offers.

Oh, okay I was invited to apply for the Woodruff... so if I don't apply do you think they will send me an offer later?

Yes my scholarship offer did come with the acceptance letter. Maybe they do want you to apply for the Woodruff...but wasn't there a question on the application that asked if you were planning on applying for it (I answered no)? And the deadline to submit all the info for that expired last week. But, you're above the 75ths on both so it'd be ridiculous if you get no $$.

i just realized i answered "no" on the question about the woodruff, but then got an email invite in december and decided to apply for it. should i update them on this, or assume they'll figure that out on their own?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
