just updated to 1/18, was previously at 1/3. kind of expecting the waitlist.

Do you really want to go to BU? The only reason I ask is that you have awesome numbers and acceptances already, if you do get the WL its almost certaintly a YP.

I was pretty interested when I first applied and knew very little about rankings/employment. I still like Boston and would consider it with a good scholarship. I also paid to apply so I'm waiting out the decision rather than withdrawing. Either way I'm not terribly concerned but I like to post about major status changes because I always find that helpful with schools that I'm worried about/obsessing over.

That is my prediction of this situation. If you look back in the thread, many people who are 12/06 have good stats and/or are into better schools already. Many have already withdrawn (me included...yes I am a creeper who revisits threads that I previously tagged). BU is taking its time. LOL when 12/06ers thought they would hear first week of December.....

Not gonna lie, I totally expected to hear back over a month ago. For a bunch of us, 12/06 was our third update.

I want to withdraw under my own terms, dammit!

So at this rate, someone who's only updated once far back (11/9) like me should hear back ummm, April-ish...prob the last day admissions has to send out decisions. Awesome

Although...the case could be made that you guys were already planning on withdrawing and have super awesome numbers, so you have the least to lose/the best chance not to annoy them

How many of you are leaning towards BU so far? I'm pretty sure this is where I'll end up unless I get a surprise or two from the rest of my cycle. I was thinking about starting a BU c/o 2015 thread in the "class of 2015" forum.
