Is their ED a binding early decision or do they just get your status back early?

FYI, asked for a fee waiver and receive it in less than an hour. Worth a shot if applying.

Good luck!

It's non-binding. Decisions go out "by the end of the year."

Where are you guys seeing your app's status? On LSAC.org or another site?

Submitted my EA last night, here's hoping! :D

The app's status is on the status check on the school website.

Submitted for Early Action. Good luck everyone!

Anyone else think it's funny/sick that we will be getting decisions back on or before Christmas Eve?

I'm hoping they come out before then. It's only been a week and I'm already going crazy from waiting.

I applied almost two weeks ago... still in the "Pending receipt of CAS report" status... Hurry up, LSAC!

I also applied for EA. Doesn't seem like there is any real draw back since it's non-binding.

I applied 10/31 EA - it's non binding you just find out before the end of the year (to reiterate what everyone else said).

This waiting game is so hard, and it's only been a week.

Anyone going to the SF Law Fair next weekend?

I submitted a few days ago and my status on SCU's checker is "Pending Receipt of CAS Report"...they send this automatically right? I don't have to specifically tell LSAC to send it to each school?

Anyone know why some schools take a while to complete, while others go almost immediately? I applied yesterday to Baylor, and today they have received my CAS and am now complete. Santa Clara, however, I've been 'Pending Receipt of CAS' for 10 days now.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
