Received a quick email response from Cordel so probably not right now but agreed it is nerve racking. I can't say enough good things about UVA Admissions, regardless of if I'm admitted

Did Why UVA? Was Out of State and had an alumni recommendation

Thanks!! For what it's worth, I was WL at GULC, Michigan, Penn, UVA, UCLA, and Texas and had 0 T14 Acceptances until 4/30 Cornell and then this so things can work out!! I had already been applying for jobs for the next year

Figure I'll jump in on this w/l discussion. My numbers are a bit lower than everyone else's though so I'm probably not in the front of the line. I went there ug and am in-state, though. Any idea how many people have been offered so far off the wait list?

In state should give you a good boost. As far as I know from TLS and LSN, so far it is myself and another applicant awhile back who got in off the WL based on an improved February LSAT score. I obviously assume there are others but those are what's confirmed

Edit: LSN shows a few others. Hard to tell what the circumstances were though.

Congrats! Looking at the LSN graph it looks like UVa has more W/Ls than Rejects...granted there's response bias there in that people are less likely to report rejects but still that is a LOT of yellow dots.

There are also about a million WL withdrawals though. Don't get too worried. They have seemed to indicate lately that they are going to need the WL this year.
