Can I ask what your last UR date was, if you haven't said already? Are we up to the 1/24 and 1/25 folks?

Anyone else get the held email? Forget my exact dates, but it updated to today and in my mailings it says sent further review email.. I think my most recent and 2nd UR was the 17th or something.. Email explicitly says hold, not WL.. anyone?

I got no scholly invite today, does that mean I won't get anything? Does Penn allow you to leverage what other schools have offered?

got the Wilson invite yesterday, pretty stoked. quick question though, does anyone know what penn means by a "brief essay"? one page? two? in any event, looks like my application essay career is not quite over haha.

There's a list of all the different merit scholarships Penn offers. Mostly different amounts, but I'm not completely sure how they're distinguished.

BTW, is 'held' from ED the same as being waitlisted?
I'm still stuck at 12/16 UCR, which really makes me wonder if i'm just slated to be reviewed in Spring with the waitlisted files

No, being held and being WL'd are different.

It's rolling until they are all taken. So they will send out other invites unless everyone accepts.

Also they gives out nice need-based aids and not-named scholarships.
