Any holds hear back yet?

Saw that according to last year, most holds we're Waitlisted. Will that hold true for this year ... :/

Seriously, if all we have to do is email them to get a decision... They've only got two weeks to start getting back to the holds so idk how much longer they could possible take with us, but gloriouscause's acceptance is making me feel like perhaps I should send an email as well.

would anyone who emailed me columbia notifying them of upcoming scholarship deadlines mind pm'ing what they said? having trouble trying to politely phrase and still put pressure on them

I would recommend sending an e-mail. As long as you aren't rude or demanding, I feel like there really isn't anything to lose. They did say they will be sending decisions throughout April. I'm sure more acceptances will be coming out, I doubt that I was the last admit, so don't lose hope!

They just tell you that they will forward your deadline to the admissions committee but decisions won't be rushed due to deadlines at other schools. So... nothing.

I really really wish they'd just tell us forgottens why we're still being kept in limbo if they've moved on to the hold pile. Oh well. If they're are hoping I'll just withdraw of my own accord they're wrong.

Email! Thanks for the congrats:) To reassure the "forgottens"--I suspect the timing here has something to do with the fact that I recently assigned a new rec letter to CLS. There is still hope for all!
