Re: Poll: John Marshall (Chicago) v. William Mitchell v. Akron

Technically you would have to choose John Marshalll since the others will be difficult to get back to Chicago with. But if you really want to work in the city, you need to retake and reapply to get up to Kent or Loyola standards. The market's probably too tough with a John Marshall degree to compete with UChi, NU, Illinois, Michigan, Loyola, Kent, WUSTL, NDLS, IU-B, and other random schools right now.

However, if you don't want to wait a year, go to Akron. I've heard it's an ok school with less competition for employment in the surrounding area.

How much $$$ are you getting from these schools? If you're not getting close to full I wouldn't go to them.
