Transfering from Australia to USA

Has anyone here transferred to a JD program in the USA from Australia ( or New Zealand) or does anyone know someone that transferred?

The program I am at is ABA accredited. The problem is that the programs start in February instead of September. What kind of grades are expected of JD transfer applicants?

Is the degree in Australia an LLB? Do you already have an undergraduate degree?
