Not heard from some schools(applied in dec) submit loci?

Post by veleda » Thu Mar 31, 2011 12:03 am

Hey all!

I haven't heard back from several schools and it's been four months:

Stanford, USC, UCLA, NYU, U. of Chicago, Washington U., U. of Michigan

Is this a sign I have a chance at these schools still? (I know they've sent out many denials..) I applied in early December so it's been awhile..
Do I submit an LOCI?

A number of schools are asking for deposits, etc..and its hard not knowing my status at these schools..

any thoughts, experiences, advice would be appreciated.

I don't know about the other schools, but apparently NYU is known to delay giving out waitlists until April-ish.

I suggest you call the admissions office at each school and ask!
