GULC AID on MyAccess different than amount in email Forum

Received an email saying scholarship amount was $45000 per year ($135000 total). On MyAccess it say $17000 for the first year. Is this normal. I only got the email last Friday so have they just not updated the award information. Should I be spooked. Thanks!

You should call them. The only thing I can think of is that you're looking at a semester total on MyAccess, but even then the amounts don't match.

I would bet that right now it is only showing the need-based aid, since that's Financial Aid's job. Once you accept the merit offer, then that amount will probably show up. Either way, calling them to find out for sure can't hurt.
