Wake Forest or University of Richmond, which is better?
Which is the better option? Which is more prestigious and will open more doors? I am trying to narrow down my school list and want to withdrawal from 1 of these 2 schools today.

Sr Law -
They're basically the same price, and Wake has a better rep. Wake is also the third best school in NC behind UNC and Duke (and many Duke grads peace out). Richmond's behind UVA, W&M, W&L and GMU in VA.
Unless you specifically want to work in Richmond/Southern VA (which from your other thread, I don't think you do), I'd go Wake on this one.

It would help to know the tuition/total cost.
If costs are roughly the same, then Wake Forest absolutely.

+1. Per the most recent "Top 50 Go-To Law Schools" list from NLJ, Wake places about 15% in NLJ 250 firms. Richmond is not on that list, I believe. I don't know all of Richmond's placement numbers, but I believe generally speaking Wake is going to outplace Richmond.akili wrote:It would help to know the tuition/total cost.

So I would say: Definitely Wake
