I can't take the wait-lists anymore. I've submitted LOCI's to all of the above institutions. GPA= 3.9. LSAT =149.

What is the chance I get WL, Accepted at any of the above institutions? At least 1?

You have an amazing GPA, please do not waste it with a 149 LSAT. You should retake and if you get a 165+ you will be in good shape for a top 30 school.

That 3.9 is too beautiful to waste on such schools. For the love of God, retake and reapply next year. Don't sell yourself short!

163+: T30

167+: T20

168+: lower T14

170+: CCN comes into play

173+: HYS territory

+1 to everything's been said. Even if you can get your LSAT up to mid 160s, you still have a good shot at UVA ED.

There is really no reason for you not to retake. Unless you too have the "I cannot retake as I will be shot in the face" excuse that many people have. Please, as someone whose GPA is a full point lower - please spend 4-6 months studying and retake.
